This week I travelled to Piran to record a conversation with the chef (he uses the term gastronomic explorer) from the Art Hotel Piran. It's a fascinating story and one which shows his great respect for food and the people who, grow, sell, cook and eat it! He also brought some great music which I had previously heard only 1 track!
